SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on a number of factors including, the size of your order, the shipping location and the value of your order. 

We are currently able to offer FREE UK shipping for orders over the value £30.00. The delivery address must be a valid UK postal address. For UK orders below £30.00, there is a flat shipping rate of £4.00. PLEASE NOTE FOR UK CUSTOMERS, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR POOH CORNER HOODIE/T-SHIRT AS IT SHIPS DIRECTLY FROM A THIRD PARTY CLOTHING PARTNER.

DELIVERY

We normally despatch your items within 14 days of receiving your cleared payment Monday - Friday, more commonly within 7 days, but please allow up to 28 days due to stock fluctuations. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. However, our fully automated system will reserve your items for you and will despatch an order confirmation to you so you know we have received it.

DELIVERY TIMES - UK SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail for the majority of orders. All our orders are dispatched fully tracked and you will be sent the tracking number via email.

Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. 

DELIVERY TIMES - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are dispatched fully tracked and you will be sent the tracking number via email.

Airmail deliveries within mainland Europe normally up to seven days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note that airmail deliveries outside the UK may take in excess of seven days. The majority of international deliveries are sent with tracked postage for your peace of mind.

Please note that we will only be able to investigate a missing/undelivered order until six weeks from the date of dispatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

PRE-ORDERED ITEMS 

Products which are advertised as 'pre-order' will be shipped as soon as the product arrives in store. A due date will be advised in the product description but this date is not guaranteed as it is dependant on the manufacturer dispatching the relevant products on time and other factors out of our control such as shipping etc. Therefore the due date may be subject to change. International customers, if you are pre-ordering a product and have other items in your basket, please be aware that we may hold the other items in your order until we can ship your entire order together with the pre-ordered item/items. We will keep you updated about pre-ordered items via email and will let you know if delays are expected, if you have any queries about pre-ordered items, feel free to contact us at shop@poohcorner.co.uk 

CUSTOMS

All items are shipped from within the UK. Our strict policy is to truthfully complete the customs declaration where appropriate. This means we will always declare the true value of the goods you have purchased. This may mean that you are liable to customs duty or charges upon delivery in your country. If you are unsure of the customs rules and regulations where you live then please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
